We set out to make an SEO strategy through keyword research that targeted transactional keywords such as “thyroid test cost” and “urine test,” and informational keywords like “high ESR symptoms” and “home remedies for diarrhea.”
Accordingly, we made a content strategy for transactional as well as informational keywords through service pages and informational blog posts. We also optimized the content to get keywords with hefty search volumes to rank on Google Featured Snippets.
We faced keyword cannibalization issues where the primary service pages were competing with the local service pages; for example, “Urine test” competed with “Urine test in Delhi”. Our optimization efforts resolved this issue, and bots began picking the relevant pages for search queries.
We worked on technical ranking signals by optimizing the code, making the website mobile responsive, and adding schema markup for pricing and FAQs. This directly helped in increasing the user experience and organic rankings.
We have seen a significant improvement in organic traffic and a tremendous impact on ROI through these strategies. We are very happy with the pace of work along with the results. They have performed well.
