A well-known hospital approached Techmagnate when they wanted to increase their SERP visibility for multiple medical specialties. Our client had prioritized CONGO specialties, i.e. Cardiology, Oncology, Neurology, Gastroenterology, and Orthopaedics.
Their aim was to gradually expand the awareness of other medical specialties – such as Urology, OB-GYN, Nephrology, and more – amongst their target audience by partnering with an SEO company specializing in healthcare.
Our client’s website presented us with multiple challenges at the off-set. When the project began, the content on the website needed extensive improvements. The site’s content – especially on doctor profiles – was not optimized for building trust and credibility with their audience.
Moreover, from a technical standpoint, the site’s structure was not user-friendly and multiple glitches existed vis-a-vis server errors, disorganized URL structures, 404 errors, and more.

The brand came to dominate Google search results with 218 keywords ranking in the Top 10 search results.

The keywords ranking in the Top 3 results increased by over 630%.

We first addressed the site architecture and implemented many UI/UX changes to create a positive user experience. For instance, we added important CTAs on the website and added new relevant sections to the website. We also reorganized the URL structure across the website, after which we fixed the server issues and 404 errors.
Because we found a substantial opportunity for our clients through local searches, we identified keywords like “gastroenterology specialist in mumbai” and “best neurologist doctor in mumbai” which targeted local searches and subsequently pushed up our clients rankings.
We addressed the existing content on the website by making it more helpful for patients and more comprehensive in comparison to the content available on other hospital sites.
We improved the authority and trustworthiness of the website by adding crucial information related to specialty related treatments and procedures.
We focused on increasing the site’s user engagement to positively impact SERP rankings.
We re-optimized the meta tags and meta descriptions to improve Click-Through-Rates (CTR) and identified key interlinking opportunities; and finally, we improved the content formatting through bulleted lists, tables, and clear sub-heads to increase readability!
