When Bajaj Finserv integrated the BBPS solution into their website for easy bill payments, recharges, gas bookings, and loan repayments, they turned to Techmagnate for help. The customers they wanted relied on already established players in the market, so building trust was challenging.
Our job was twofold:
1. To ensure their new service pulled in relevant traffic through higher SERP ranking
2. They increased the number of users signing up for their bill payments service.
While Bajaj Finserv is a well-known NBFC, they still struggled to attract users to their bill payment service.
The main challenge with this service was the lack of the right website architecture. Search engines were not able to crawl the Bajaj website online. They also faced tough competition from established payment gateways and government sites which dominated top search results.
Moreover, the user experience on the desktop and mobile sites was not intuitive, which negatively impacted the brand’s image.
