Support for Universal Apps Campaign latest feature to be added to the AdWords Android App
While Google had released the ioS version for the Google AdWords app in January 2016, there was no word as of now on any new features for the Android version. Google AdWords has repeatedly proven itself to be a powerful medium for ad distribution and marketing throughout the Google Ecosystem and the app helps professionals keep a tab on their campaigns across mediums such as AdMob, YouTube, Google search etc. This means that a business could consistently curate their own growth as well as market well through the online platform that Google provided in the form of its search engine.

While announcing the latest updates made to the Google AdWords app on the Play store, Google officials revealed that the latest feature to be added allows the app to support Universal app campaigns. This translates to ease of monitoring and further, helps in analysis of metrics such as the number of downloads or the average cost per install.
While the new app allows marketers to moderate budgets and target cost per install on the app itself, Google has also introduced two new conversion columns- Conversion value and conversion value per cost which will help while doing conversion rate optimization.
This move is aimed at aiding app promoters monitor their campaigns more efficiently.
