A Word From Our CEO: Client Services at Techmagnate

The world’s gone social. We know. And the numbers are here to prove it. Sadly, we’ve got a dismal state of affairs as far as client services go.
An A.T. Kearney study of the top 50 brands found that:
56% did not respond to a single customer comment on their Facebook Page in 2011. Brands ignored 71% of customer’s complaints on Twitter. And, 55% of consumers expect a response the same day to an online complaint, while only 29% receive one.
These numbers are a wake-up call for our industry. If increasingly, more people are turning to social platforms, we’ve got to wonder why we haven’t been responding fast enough. Clearly, driving user engagement with PPC campaigns isn’t enough if we don’t remain cognizant of the fact that real people are behind all of our numbers.
