Content Editor Cum Coordinator

What You Do:
  • Compile monthly content request sheet received from SEO Team Leaders.
  • Allocate content to in-house and freelance writers.
  • Coordinate multiple schedules of writers and allocate content according to their availability.
  • Compile and allocate any additional content requests on a timely basis.
  • Ensure clear and open communication between writers, clients and the team leaders.
  • Maintain a daily record of all the content received and sent to respective teams.
  • Ensure that work received from freelance writers is edited and sent to respective teams on a timely basis.
  • Develop a continuous and reliable pool of freelance writers for various client niches.
What You Need:
  • Excellent written and spoken English language skills.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • The desired candidate must possess demonstrated ability to work creatively and analytically in a high-pressure problem solving environment.
  • Must be a self-starter and capable of working independently with minimal instruction. You must use your own sound judgment to decide the best course of action for your projects.
  • Proven project management skills.
  • Have a great, positive and upbeat attitude.
  • Bachelors and/or Master's degree in any of the following areas;
    • a. Communications
    • b. Marketing
    • c. Business Administration
  • 2-4 years experience with content editing and coordination. Agency experience desired.
